Metal Fence
Our metal fence is designed to be tough and powerful. More ribs are added for long-lasting strength. The well-ordered overlap are devised to remove any clanking between tracks.
Quality Components
- Steel Posts: 18 gauge
- Steel Fence Panels: 22 gauge
- Height: 6 feet (but can also be cut down to fit whatever height is required)
- Post Base: steel (for extra strength installation on concrete walls)
Paint & Coating
In order to meet Canadian Standards, the steel base is created with strict adherence to grade and strength requirements. The foundation is more than just paint on steel or powder coat. It is coated with an industry-leading metallic coating to boost corrosion resistance.
Even more, a pre-treatment is applied to improve the adhesion of further coatings.
An additional procedure that strengthens the steel base is the inclusion of corrosion inhibitive primer baked on its surface. Lastly, a topcoat of specially developed exterior grade paint is seared onto it. This is done to allow resistance to chipping, flaking, and blistering. Also, to secure that the finish keeps its designer look for a much longer time.
